- Solid understanding of challenges and opportunities our insurance customers are facing. Insurance product management and/or underwriting experience is highly desirable.
- Credibility and presence among peers and executives and adept at influencing through excellent verbal, analytical, written, and presentation skills. Ability to be client-facing and cultivate relationships to articulate product capabilities and performance in an easily understood, consistent message across a variety of audiences is required.
- Strong project management and organization skills with ability to manage multiple project/products simultaneously; preferably with the ability to demonstrate success to strategize and drive projects to completion
- Highly analytical with proven ability to correlate product performance metrics and prior experience presenting to internal and external audiences.
- Strong collaborator with a problem-solving, design-thinking, and customer-centric mind-set
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other related discipline. MBA and/or insurance designations a plus
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed (upon work travel resuming)
- We are looking for an Insurance Product Manager to join our Insurance Solutions team. This role has responsibility for the development and execution of product strategies and objectives related to underwriting and fraud solutions for the insurance vertical. Below highlights a few key areas where you will be able to contribute in an impactful way:
- Utilize strong quantitative and analytical skills to project the total value of product solutions to external customers and develop creative solutions to complex problems for each insurer's unique use case.
- Identify and recommend enhancements for product improvements based on analysis of customer needs and workflows as well as industry trends. Lead, with direction, prioritization of enhancements
- Monitors and analyzes product financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify gaps, weaknesses and opportunities in any part of product delivery
- Manages overall product health including the business prioritization of backlog, ongoing product support and product sunset strategies
- Assist in the creation of business cases, business requirements and other documentation to support the product development effort
- Track customer sales efforts and provide product support to help further drive sales growth
- Participate in customer forecasting, including the creation and distribution of forecasting reports.
