Job Description:ResponsibilitiesThe Agile-DevSecOps Advisor / Architect is accountable to develop strategies, enablement IP, proposal response solution excellence, costing, staffing, and boardroom to clean-room mentoring to direct the Center of Excellence to modernize, transform, and maintain legacy and micro-segment capabilities utilizing ADSOME. The Advisor must continuously improve quality, performance, availability, reliability, testability, security, scalability, supportability (qPARTS) of production & pre-production solutions.Define overall CDP architecture at the Program or Line of Business level.Drive Agile-DevSecOps evaluations for the Program, LoB, or Enterprise.Produce and deliver present C-Level out brief of the ADSOME Digital Roadmap.Lead proof-of-concept / pilot implementations ensuring PI architecture runway.Provide thought leadership on patterns, principles, practices, products, platform telemetry and best practices for on-premises, hybrid- and multi- cloud environments.Drive GRC across Programs, LoB, and enterprise business, IT, and operations functions.Advise improvement opportunities via orchestrated automation candidate engineering.Drive environment and configuration management strategy for the enterprise.Conduct coaching sessions for internal teams, partners, and customers and their vendors.Implement information security management systems and compliance controls.Provide guidelines for cluster automation and migration approaches and techniques including ingest, store, process, analyze, explore, and visualize for data science needs.Direct FMEA, observability, and monitoring for self-service and self-healing solutions.Develop IP consulting enablers and direct coaching of organizational growth of Agile-DevSecOps Maturity adoption ADSOME Roadmap principles, patterns, and practices.Mandatory SkillsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.Overall 10+ years of application product development and environment management experience including minimum of 3 years Agile and DevSecOps.10+ years implementing/maintaining CI/CD pipeline e.g. GIT, Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.6+ years managing HA and scalable Cloud environments e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure.6+ years Infrastructure as Code provisioning automation with Terraform.6+ years observability, FMEA, and monitoring (e.g. Splunk, Nagios, New Relic, etc.6+ years Configuration management e.g. Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.10+ years Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and associated tools like Jira/Rally.Experience with change and release management processes.Exposure to at least one ITSM tool like ServiceNow.Good understanding of best practices around security, availability and scalabilityNice to have SkillsOperating Systems: Windows and Linux system administration.Experience with Container orchestration through tools like GKE, AKS, EKSExperience with application containerization through DockerExperience scripting (e.g. Python, Groovy, Go, Powershell, etc.) and automation skills.Good understanding of network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP)Hands-on with many application, security, data, infrastructure, and container pipelines.RCA, FMEA, telemetry event aggregation and correlation observability, KPI dashboard visualization monitoring, self-healing AIOps, DataOps, data science.TOGAF, FEAF, TDD, BPMN, Value Stream Mapping, SAFe SPC/RTE/SDP.The Company is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit and business needs.
