Requisition Number: 214796 The Lead Enterprise Release Train Engineer will have responsibility for the successful delivery of complex, large scale cross-Cox initiatives where technology solutions span multiple delivery streams and/or portfolios and require a sustained plan for delivery. This role will serve to create and execute agile program plans to ensure that sequencing and dependencies are defined, monitored and managed, while escalating deviations from plans and commitments. The Lead Enterprise RTE must resolve and escalate as needed a wide range of impediments, manage risk, assure value delivery, and drive program level continuous improvement to refine and evolve cross-Cox agile program management processes. Critical to this role is the ability to create clear visibility into status and progress through forecasting and projections of delivery completion dates. The Lead Enterprise RTE will play a critical link between multiple delivery teams; facilitating communications, opening the flow of information, and sharing important progress updates to ensure all teams involved in the ART and/or program are focused on successful delivery. This role is accountable for the overall coordination, execution and delivery of value through the program while ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments and goals. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engage and drive multiple agile delivery teams/trains across different business units to develop solutions to important, highly complex problems, where cross department considerations are present.
  • Facilitate kickoffs, big room planning sessions, deep dives, and sequencing and dependency mapping sessions across multiple teams, trains, delivery streams and portfolios. Ability to identify when these sessions are needed and organize/orchestrate them.
  • Serve as a critical link between portfolios to identify and remove blockers in both planning and execution. Collaborate and communicate often with cross-portfolio counterparts to ensure clear understanding of the work, dependencies, risks and status at all times.
  • Excel at informing the organization at all levels (team to executive) of the progress of the work. Ability to work with product and engineering to produce forecasts and projections, in some cases based on various risk scenarios involving reduced scope to meet launch timelines.
  • Actively manage the program backlog, as well as ALM tool data integrity for accurate reporting. This includes the collection of metrics and KPIs.
  • Coordinate major feature releases across portfolios and ongoing delivery of value to customers where multiple teams, release trains, or solution groups are involved in development.
  • Oversee integration activities, including integration testing.
  • Regularly participate in the RTE Community of Practice helping the organization to maintain alignment, learn new techniques, and improve technical and quality practices. Work with RTE community to determine ways to help ARTs across the company improve cross train and solution group coordination and collaboration.
  • Apply Agile principles and methodology solutions with a pragmatic, stakeholder management approach

Qualifications:
