We are looking for a structural designer for residential construction projects. The ideal candidate would be a registered engineer with comprehensive knowledge of local codes and requirements for producing permittable drawings for the City of Atlanta, DeKalb County, and Cobb County. However, not being registered is not a disqualifyer as long as you are knowledgeable in what’s required to obtain permits.
In this role, we will provide a DWG file, and you will be responsible for producing all structural drawings, including floor and roof framing, wall and stair sections, and any related structural details. This is a work-from-home position with a flat rate payment structure determined by project size.
