Job Description
We are looking for a talented Advertising Sales Assistant to join our company. This full-time position will be best suited for a team-spirited, skilled, and proactive person who can engage the target audience. Our ideal candidate must pay close attention to details and grasp project requirements instantly. They will have the confidence to instruct and lead members of the Advertising team.
Salary range: $46000 - $56000 per year.
Responsibilities:- Help maintain business excellence by helping update internal budget trackers, customer sales, and other deliverables related to the account
- Serve as a key point of contact for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers and Account Executives.
- Act as the client's main interface in the sales pipeline.
- Work with the Director to develop brand strategies, positioning, programs, and sales campaigns for clients.
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings; preparation, and distribution of materials, agendas, notes, and handouts.
- Be responsible for executing sales targets.
- Manage sales cycle daily by engaging with Account Executives,
Qualifications
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong communication skills to ensure you can liaise cross-department.
- Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
- A self-motivator and multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional manner and strong ethical code.
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
- Experience within a similar role is an asset.
- Associate’s degree in related field is a plus.
