JOB DESCRIPTION As an Analytics Specialist in the People Analytics group you will be responsible for supporting key client relationships within the People Analytics Practice Group. You will use your expertise to assist with driving the delivery of data driven reports and analytics to assist our clients make informed decisions in their talent strategy.

THE DAY-TO-DAY: On any given day, you will use your in-depth knowledge to develop various analytical models, assessments and metrics related to diversity & inclusion programs, pay equity, employee selection, organizational restructuring, adverse impact analyses, data validation and affirmative action planning. You will:
  • Provide OFCCP audit and compliance driven support.
  • Design, develop and implement analytical solutions to address client needs, including developing custom analyses, dashboards and reporting.
  • Interpret, understand and present results with a strong emphasis on identifying actionable insights and deliverables.
  • Design analytic models to address questions and business challenges in the People Analytics space.
  • Collaborate with other key resources to define strategies, develop standards and solutions to address client business needs.
  • Assist clients with applicant tracking and general employment tracking systems.
  • Assist clients in development of internal reporting/auditing mechanisms.
  • Prepare impact ratio analysis using human resources information to analyze employment activity such as internal and external applicants, hires, promotions, transfers and terminations.
  • “Tell the Story” using visual tools such as Tableau and other mediums for delivery of analytical results.

YOU HAVE:
  • A college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in data analysis and people analytics strategy in a consulting (or equivalent) environment evaluating people analytics metrics required.
  • Demonstrated experience building models and analyzing key personnel metrics including: performance ratings, turnover, hiring and applicant analyses, promotion velocity, and attrition.
  • Strong background in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion related analytics preferred.
  • Professional experience with visualization tools such as Tableau required.
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Demonstrated understanding of statistical methods preferred
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence and machine learning tools preferred
  • Coding experience preferred
