Application Performance Monitoring EngineerAtlanta GAFulll time(063366)Job Descriptionso He / She has 1 or 2 years of experience (preferably) in Monitoring tools implementation and product/ Infrastructure support (App, Infra or Network).o Involved in Requirements gathering/analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Production rollover of Reporting and Analysis projects.o Experienced in Trouble Shooting, Performance tuning of reports and dashboards.o Developed scripts for exec summary reporting, automated reports using monitoring metric and events data. o Worked closely with engineering, and operations, and applications teams to understand and collect monitoring and data requirements.o ITIL 4 certification will be good to have.o Good communication and Analytical SkillResponsibilities§ Monitoring Events§ Perform Log monitoring§ Do First level correlation and filtering of the event§ Do Second level correlation /incident resolution based on the event significance§ Test/ Deploy/ train new configurations§ Involve in event analysis and suggestions for new alertsVacancy expired!
