OverviewPosition Summary DetailsThe Cleaner position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.BASIC FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY: Pressure Washers are responsible for setting up the equipment, ensuring enough water or chemical for the job, and transporting it to the worksite. The pressure Washer must know how to operate a high-pressure washing system to clean large areas, such as buildings, walkways, etc. When working with the equipment, you must ensure the water supply is sufficient for the job and follow all industry standards and safety regulations. Employees can work independently and must drive to different job site locations. The employee has a valid driver’s license. While operating company vehicles, drivers must obey all federal, state, local, airport, and ABM rules and regulations.Safety is your priority.Surface Cleaning - Responsible for using high-pressure water spray to remove such items as loose paint, mold, grime, dust, mud, chewing gum, and dirt from surfaces and objects such as buildings and concrete surfaces. Depending upon the surface to be cleaned, higher or lower pressure should be used and the appropriate nozzle.Spills: Place spill tent. Clean spills immediately.Other Duties - Depending on the assigned area and the number of teammates, the employee may be responsible for any or all the following tasks in any designated area: cleaning, sanitizing, replenishing, replacing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and emptying. Duties may also change throughout the employee’s employment.Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
