Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an Audio Visual Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity in Midtown Atlanta.

Responsibilities: Video Conference/Virtual meeting support

Video conference setup and support using TEAMS, WebEx, Zoom, Cisco video conference (Remote and hybrid meetings) Assist with support for video/audio conferencing problems. Investigate faults and recommend further actions to rectify.

Scheduling Cisco video conferences, Webex, and Teams meetings

Partners with all business units to determine Video Conference requirements, implement standards, research equipment life cycle, and recommends upgrades when necessary.

Drives Video Conference innovation and standardization across the enterprise.

Coordinates with internal and external partners on escalated matters requiring specialized skills and complex maintenance of AV systems.

Installs new software and infrastructure upgrades, evaluates and installs hardware, monitors system performance, and resolves escalated problems.

Administers the AV environment and configurations.

Works with vendors coordinating the installation of video Conference hardware and system upgrades in new construction.

Serves as an escalation point for IT User Support Specialists and AV technicians.

Reviews processes, evaluate results, recommends new processes, and promotes best practices.
