Manage products and services, from concept to post-launch strategic

management, including research and planning, feature development, pricing

changes, documentation, and customer surveys

Engage with customers and our internal teams to improve customer experiences

and promote broad adoption of Mission services

Work with engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and business operations to

launch new products or enhance existing products

Help build the product and service roadmap

Monitor competitors, new AWS services, AWS's reseller program and all major

public cloud platforms, and adapt accordingly to keep Mission products and

service competitive and relevant

AWS Certified preferred
