Job Description
This role will report to the Director of Technology Solutions – Operational Resilience and will be given an opportunity to learn about Operational Resilience.
This is an exited opportunity for a motivated, and a self-driven individual with an analytical/technical/problem solving skillset to support Operational Resilience activities.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
Dedicated analyst for overall Operational Resilience Reporting activities (create one stop shop for reporting)
Create & maintain documentation, functional requirements including workflows, user guides etc. for Operational Resilience Tools
Support user acceptance testing process for Operational Resilience Tools
Serve as a secondary/back-up for Operational Resilience Tools support
Support Business Continuity/Crisis Management analyst activities
Support & pickup Vendor Resilience functional responsibilities
Gather business requirements and translate them to convey messaging across technical and business domains
Perform System Administration activities for Operational Resilience Tools
Support Operational Resilience Tool’s expanding use-case
Provide business/technical support for Business Service Resilience activities

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) Experienced in relational databases and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) Well experienced in MS Office Suite: MS Office, MS Excel, & MS Power Point Exceptional project management and reporting skills Knowledge of payments services, financial industry, or business continuity management highly desirable Self-motivated and willing to utilize and learn new technology to solve problems Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-pressured environment Strong interpersonal skills to influence and build credibility, Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to management and staffAdditional Information
