- 5+ years’ experience developing and deploying software applications in a Linux operating system environment
- 5+ years’ experience working with core AWS services
- 2+ years’ experience working with AWS HIPAA eligible services including CloudFormation, S3, Systems Manager, Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), RDS, ElastiCache (ECS), Secrets Manager, CodeCommit, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, KMS, EC2
- 5+ software development experience in a combination of languages including PHP (with Laravel framework) and JavaScript.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ experience with Laravel software
- Develop & deploy applications on AWS Serverless services (Lambda, Step Functions, APIGateway) Setup CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps Tools (e.g., for AWS - CodeBuild, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline)
- Configure AWS CloudFront
- 5+ years’ experience working with core AWS services in a HIPAA-compliant environment (healthcare-focused organization)
- Strong knowledge of API authentication and managing API sessions and calls.
- 2+ years’ experience with Jenkins and Veracode
- 3+ years’ experience working with Google Cloud platform, preferably PubSub
- In-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix tools and architecture
- Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Horizon, and Telescope
- Strong knowledge of web, security, and networking protocols to support a HIPAA-compliant environment.
- Experience with security tools such as intrusion detection, log analysis, and network scanning.
- Breadth of experience covering the "stack" of front-end web user interfaces and web servers through to back-end analysis and storage systems
- Experience with web-based applications and/or web services-based applications
- A person that thrives and succeeds in a fast paced environment where priorities shift fast
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science
- Additional qualifications: 1 or more AWS certifications (Associate, Professional, etc.)
