Description If you have experience working directly under under a general counsel drafting, managing and negotiating technology contracts, you may be interested in this immediate-hire role for a Contracts Manager via Robert Half. In this role, the Contracts Manager will work on maintaining vendor and subcontracts agreements, drafting contracts, and managing and re-negotiating contracts when necessary. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Atlanta, Georgia area.What you get to do every single dayReside over the complete life cycle of the Company's contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)
Support and organize contract templates; obtain signatures on contracts
Interpret and draft legal agreements (vendor agreements, NDAs, evaluation agreements)
Date and maintain contracts database
Muster contractual provisions and administer contract proposals
Own internal and external requests on status of contracts
Consult on and outsource contracts
Optimize and manage contract repositories Requirements - Less than one year of experience required
Capable of reviewing and drafting non-disclosure agreements; preferably, software evaluation and licensing agreements
Bachelor's degree
Comfortable with handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Able to perform role's responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Capable of working effectively and cross-functionally, think practically and be solution-oriented
The ideal candidates must be skilled with strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
Skilled in working cross functionally across teams and gaining favor of key decision makers
AIA Documents experience
Master Agreements experience highly desired
Contract negotiation experience preferred
Redlining experience
Deep understanding of Contract Management
Excellent analytical, quantitative and social skills
