About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Control Management Specialist to join the Home Lending Business Control Management Team.In this role, you will:Key control and risk metrics and reporting for the Home Lending Control Business

Risk trending and analysis

Tracking of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as well as Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and providing commentary for executive leadership

Lead Issue Management Reporting for Key Routines

Develop Ad-hoc reporting

Review and analyze basic business challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives

Develop and implement risk monitoring and risk reporting processes while evaluating and reporting results

Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing Control Management functional area expertise

Provide support in the interpretation of policy, guidelines, and governance programs as front line liaison to Independent Risk Management area

Collaborate and consult with Control Management team and key stakeholders, including internal customers

Required Qualifications:2+ years of Risk Management or Financial Services industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

2+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications:Experience with developing reporting and key metrics and analyzing data for trends and themes

Issues Management Experience

Experience with tracking ongoing risk drivers and key issue management metrics

Strong experience in synthesizing data from multiple sources and presenting it in appropriate formats

Experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CARAT, Tableau, SharePoint

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change

Strong ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Job Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
