We're looking for the next generation of Senior Cyber Crime Specialists- those with a passion for growing a long-term career, building relationships, and working with a team of information security professionals in the United States and EMEA. Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for providing information security expertise and strong business acumen to executive-level stakeholders• Develop the content strategy to influence lines of business partners and GIS teammates.• Managing content development teammates with day to day responsibilities and escalated, rapid fire activities.• Review cyber security risks and threats, analyze the impact to various audiences, and determine how to communicate the important information• Interact with teammates and stakeholders to drive initiatives to conclusion• Communicate plans and results to stakeholders and leaders, gain buy in• Prepare data and responses for audit and regulatory inquiries; manage risk issues and ensure status of issue remediation is tracked/communicated• Contribute to content development (training, writing, digital articles, social media, eComms, flagship award-winning materials, videos, presentation materials, innovative multimedia experiences for clients, etc.) and other team projects

Required Skills• Execute the strategy for Client Cyber Engagement• Become a strategic partner with lines of businesses and front line units to ensure business continuity across all Client Cyber Engagement functions• Ensure thoroughness and accuracy when leading the team in accomplishing tasks• Coach and guide cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps, to identify solutions, and to facilitate implementation• Demonstrate effective Executive Stakeholder management and communications• Must be comfortable delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding• Build trusted relationships with key cross-functional business partners including corporate communications, marketing, regional offices, and support functions• A broad knowledge of information security principles, financial crime, and cyber crime• Understand relevant laws, rules and regulations• Highly organized and motivated self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction• Excels at adapting to changing business needs with ability to balance multiple competing priorities in an extremely dynamic environment• Process oriented with keen attention to detail• Ability to proactively anticipate problems and execute solutions• Excellent written & verbal communication• Innovative and creative approach to problem solving and influencing audiences• Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly with stakeholders, with little direction• Proven ability to identify and understand critical interdependencies and develop tactical actions that lead to desired outcomes• Ability to confidently lead meetings and discussions to drive program and project deliverables and resolve issues and challenges• Strong sense of personal ownership and initiative• Proficiency in InDesign, Adobe, PowerPoint, JIRA

Desired Experience• Previous cyber security experience in a financial institution• Experience in project & portfolio management• Experience in the remediation of Information Security risks/vulnerabilities• Experience with cyber security education and awareness, as well as an in-depth understanding of cyber security risks and best practices• Experience with enterprise business operations • 5-8 years' experience in a related role• Knowledge of cyber security awareness and/or enterprise education, communications, or marketing

Enterprise Job Description: Responsible for executing the Cyber Crime Protection strategy. Acts as an accountable owner of specific cyber crime response and investigation efforts and processes. Leads the continuous improvement of the Cyber Crime Protection program by defining enterprise requirements to reduce risk to clients. Leverages monitoring and detection products and knowledge of cyber crime issues, threats, and mitigation techniques to protect the enterprise. Partners with stakeholders across various functions to improve the firms cyber crime resilience and client experience. Direct interaction with customers and clients may be required.
