Exciting work you will do:
  • Administer Survey Sends (Process & Queries already created)
    • Run queries in our Oracle Dashboard and export results
    • Use Excel (filters, formulas, and vlookups) to create email send lists
    • Upload email send lists to Qualtrics (or other vendor like Survey Monkey), generate unique links, and export results
    • Format and Send file to our Email Team to schedule sends
  • Run Monthly Reporting of Results (Process and Queries already created)
    • Download Results from Qualtrics (or other vendor)
    • Add results to existing Excel reporting templates
    • Read and tag customer comments with existing reason codes
    • Manually update Pivots, Queries, etc to update "dashboard" results
  • Ad-hoc Reporting Summaries
  • A few times a month create custom views of results (splitting out variables, comparing additional data, etc).
  • Modify existing process steps from above to customize view of reports based on requests
  • Create high level summaries of data (ex- "Segment A has been trending upwards since August, but Segment B has remained flat") -review these summaries looking for basic translation.
  • Create new graphs or charts appropriate to visualize the requested view, as needed
  • Read and identify quotes from open-text feedback from surveys ("Can you find a few options for customer quotes about leaking bottles?")

What you will need:
  • Proficient in Excel (Formulas, Charts, Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Formatting), basic proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Can follow processes after being shown, making appropriate notes for their own documentation
    • Comfortable learning basic steps (no need to become an expert) in our systems like our Oracle Dashboards or Qualtrics
  • Detail-Oriented and willing/able to double-check data work to ensure fields didn't incorrectly shift or get edited incorrectly
  • Do not need data visualization "expertise" but comfort with basic data visualizations in Excel is required
  • Do not need a "CX Expert" or survey expert, but familiarity with surveys or Voice-of-Customer is a plus
