Deskside Engineer, Desktop Support with 4-7+ years of experience in Deskside Engineering, Desktop Support, PC Imaging, Windows 10 for a contract to hire. Looking for expertise in Deskside support – hardware and software, Windows 10, PC Imaging.
What you will do:- Deskside, Desktop Support for all issues including hardware, software, network and applications in a Windows / Windows 10 environment- PC Imaging and deployments of machines- Liaison between all teams and departments as well as vendors What you will need:- 4-7+ years of experience in Deskside Engineering, Desktop Support, Service Desk Engineer- Experience with Deployments and PC Imaging- Experience with Windows 10 A Plus:- Experience with Active Directory, Security, GPO – Group Policy’s - Any PC imaging software / tools such as SCCM, System Center Configuration Manager, WDS, Windows Deployment Services or any other- Experience with Windows 7, 8 and 10- Office 365, O365- Experience with Ticketing Systems such as Service Now, Heat, Remedy or any other Any Certifications A Plus:- CompTIA A+- CompTIA Network+- CompTIA Security+- MCSE, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer- Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager CertificationVacancy expired!
