- Mobile support
- MS Authenticator - Configuring and troubleshooting
- SSO - Single Sign On - Troubleshooting
- Windows 10 OS - Navigating and troubleshooting
- Active Directory experience "managing users and computers"
- Microsoft Intune - Managing users and devices
- Office 365 experience - Troubleshooting
- 5 years of related desktop experience (Desk-side and Remote)
- Windows / Mac experience
- Proficiency in GPO- Group Policy Objects
- Google G-Suites a plus
- Work shift: flexibility (5am -1:30pm, 8am - 4:30pm, 9am -5pm)
