JOB TITLE: DEVOPS LEAD ENGINEER.LOCATION: ATLANTA, GA. - From day 1 onsite but its in hybrid model (alternate weeks need to work in office).

JOB DESCRIPTION:Experience 10+ years.Expertise in setting up / standardizing CI/CD through Jenkins pipelinesExperience with automating all steps of CI/CD: Auto deployments from environment to environmentAutomating notifications (teams and email)Plugging in automation in our CI/CD processExperienced with VersionOne and comfortable with setting up/standardizing workflows and setting up necessary integrations (with Gitlab, Microsoft Teams, etc)Technology experience required:GitGitlab Jenkins/Gitlab CICDNexus Artifact repositoryNodeJSNPMVMWare VsphereShell scripting / powershellAnsibleYAMLSonar QubeKubernetesDockerOpenShift / MinishiftHyperVSitespeed IOSumologic/Splunk / ELK Stack Groovy/JavaAWS DevOps tools Nice to have skillset: UI angular 6 or greater version, HTML, CSS, javascript.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Standardize and administer Jenkins CI/CD pipelines across multiple UI scrum teams and support themContinuously improve our CI/CD process to reach one button push deploys (from env to env, and eventually all the way to production)Partner with architects to prototype with new technologies that will improve our CI/CD process.Integrate VersionOne with Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams notifications to reduce manual work and align all scrum teams in terms of tool usage. Administer VersionOne, GitLab tools.Create dashboards to show the application deployment metrics like downtime, uptime, etc. Collaborate with all UI Scrum teams to figure out the repeated processes done by them in non-development area and try to automate them.AWS handson devops experience is mandatory.A DevOps Lead Engineer is liable for automating all the manual tasks for developing and deploying code and data to implement continuous deployment and continuous integration frameworks.Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as codeEnsure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools. Administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems. Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas.It is essential to have excellent communication and coordination skills to successfully integrate various functions in a coordinated manner and deliver the responsibilities to the customer's satisfactionShould play the lead role in building roadmap for the devops related work and should be capable to deliver the project within schedule.
