- Lead the establishment and adoption of architecture processes, principles, standards/patterns and measurements to reduce technical debt, drive efficiency, scale, consistency and stability, while embracing agility and fast pace of change and innovation.
- Develop and manage capability/process maps to ensure IT portfolio alignment and efficiency.
- Drive transformation and maturity across integration, data, and other technology domains.
- Develop future state and roadmaps.
- Establish architectural basis for decision support and prioritization.
- Establish relationships and credibility with business and technology leadership and teams.
- Build and coach a small Enterprise Architecture team; align skill sets and capacity.
- Must have great communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Preferred Graduate Degree in Computer Science
- 8+ years of architecture experience
- 5+ years of software design and development
- 3+ years of team leadership roles
- Needs to understand cloud infrastructure (azure preferred), security, data and integration
- Four-year degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence engineers, peers, and senior stakeholders
- Experience in establishing and driving adoption of Enterprise Architecture practice
- Possess a thorough understanding of modern IT practices such as DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Agile, Lean, Design Thinking.
