We apply deep payments expertise to help clients accelerate growth, improve profitability, enhance customer experiences, advance digital capabilities, and optimize operational performance.We are seeking a Director to lead consulting engagements with issuer processing partners and emerging enablers including fintech processors, embedded finance platforms, and software providers that facilitate payments. This leader will deliver data driven solutions, support business development efforts, and help position Visa as a trusted strategic advisor.Representative engagement areas may include issuer processing strategy, enablement and go to market optimization for enablers and ISVs, portfolio growth and lifecycle performance, digital issuance and engagement, operational diagnostics and optimization, and performance benchmarking.Essential functions includePartner with Visa account teams to identify opportunities and build a pipeline of consulting engagements with issuer processors and emerging enablersLead end to end delivery of consulting projects ensuring high quality insights, recommendations, and measurable client impactSupport business development by shaping proposals, designing solution approaches, leading pitch discussions, scoping and pricingDevelop structured strategies, frameworks, and recommendations to address client growth, product, and operational challengesBuild data driven insights that improve portfolio performance, digital engagement, customer experience, and operational efficiencyCollaborate with cross functional teams across Visa including Product, Risk, Sales, Marketing, and Innovation to bring integrated solutions to clientsAnalyze and synthesize large datasets to surface trends and actionable recommendationsCreate scalable consulting frameworks, best practices, and repeatable methodologies for use across VCABuild and maintain strong client relationships serving as a trusted advisor to executive level stakeholdersThis is a hybrid position.
