Director, Marketing Insights & Analytics What We Need FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Director, Marketing Insights & Analytics. This position falls under our Shared Services line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will partner with marketing, sales, and operations stakeholders to track, measure and analyze data to report KPIs & actionable insights. To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable with building SQL database, pulling data from various sources, processing, modeling and analyzing the data.

You will report directly to the VP, Database Marketing & Research.

The salary range for this position is $130k - $140k.

How We Work As a Director, Marketing Insights & Analytics, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing: • Assigned workspace in our Buckhead office • Company-issued equipment + remote access • Monthly home internet stipend

Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: •Investigating and piloting marketing technology concepts and tools - CDP, web analytics, identity resolution, etc. •Overseeing data integration work, including developing a data model, maintaining the data and analytics environment, and writing scripts for data integration and analysis •Mining and analyzing data, integrate data from a variety of sources, and deploy high-quality data pipelines in support of the analytics needs; Building customer and prospect analytical models and making recommendations •Creating and maintaining dashboards and visualization tools to facilitate reporting and campaign optimization, preferably in Tableau

Qualifications & Skills •7+ years of experience in a analytics, experimentation and data science •Strong command of relational databases and SQL. Understanding of advanced analytic techniques and modern tools: read in data, process, and clean, transform & recode, merge different data sets together, reformat data between wide and long, etc •Expertise in modeling practices and how to apply models to measure marketing efficiency and optimization •Ability to communicate at all levels with both business and technology leaders, with a strong understanding of business data requirements and technology capabilities
