- Building process and strategy for the onshore product-focused team as they're collocated with the offshore development team
- Liaising with external companies and their customers to ensure product direction is aligned with market requirements
- Owning the roadmap, development, and direction of their world class SaaS Management Platform
- Leading the simplification and consolidation of multiple product SKfunctionalities into fewer, simpler, more use-case-oriented offerings
- Collecting feedback from sales teams, customer experience teams, and partners, and then analyzing that feedback to inform future product direction
- Working with the research and development team to ensure product features are developed in line with your product roadmaps
- Organizing and prioritizing product changes in a manner that takes into account priority, time-to-market, and cost
- Writing product requirements that clearly articulate what customers need to do, why it matters, and how it fits into or changes existing systems
- Working closely with Marketing to effectively communicate and deliver products to their customers
- 8+ years as a Sr. Product Manager or Director of Product
- IT workflow experience is preferred
- B2B SaaS experience is absolutely required.
- Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, agile environment with previous experience of SaaS product management and/or development
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 infrastructure, cloud technologies, and related service offerings to 365
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools to communicate and/or present professionally to customers
- Flexible enough to adapt to market conditions, but strong enough to define new directions
- Great communication skills - verbal and written, ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Microsoft Certification is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of cloud-based development and deployment on AWS and/or Azure environments
