Experience Details:
- 4-7 years Experience in software development testing or design required.
- 2-4 years Experience in business process design and implementation required.
- 4-7 years Experience in one or more areas of SAP.
- 4-7 years Experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
- 2-4 years Experience in full system development lifecycles.
- Technical leadership of team responsible for Quality Assurance and testing of one or more SAP areas
- Heavy project SAP project testing interfacing, reviewing testing requirements generating test cases, test reporting, test automation, test capacity and testing resource management and quality metrics.
- Works heavily with SAP Development, Application support management/release management for implementation readiness and post implementation quality analysis.
- Acts as functional and technical expert for at least one SAP area
- Manage process and validate quality of deliverables produced by their team.
- Create and support standards, processes, and procedures necessary to produce the deliverables from the team and work effectively with other teams.
- Ensure coverage of all areas of expertise necessary to support and grow the business within the Manager's area of responsibility.
- Create and maintain staffing plan to support the current and future work demands and project deliverables.
- Provide leadership, direction and coaching on project specific tasks as well as individual professional development.
