We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior - Atlanta to join our team in [[Atlanta]], [[GA]], [[USA]].Duties:- Staging Center responsibilities to support field technicians with PC Installs, Moves, Add, Changes, and Decommissions, Refresh, Hardware and Software Break Fix, Network Smarthand support, and Smarthand Support for Security.
- Windows troubleshooting and re-imaging are required
- Support service delivery by supplying staging center inventory for Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Decommissions, Refresh, Hardware and Software Break Fix, Network Smarthand support, and Smarthand Support for Security and VDI per Managed Client Process and Procedure Guide.
- Meet Service Level Agreements on all services performed
- Update system of record for device transactions
- Update asset management information for assets receiving services
- Identify potential issues that could adversely impact End User Experience or contractual obligations and assist in creating action plans as well as following action plans
- Order replacement parts
- 3 years' experience in a staging center, configuring, testing, and rolling-out new Windows-based devices.
- 3 years' experience ticketing system (Service Now, Remedy, etc.)
- 3 years' tracking assets, updating inventory, and ordering new parts as needed.
- Valid State of Georgia driver's license and reliable auto (we re-imburse)
