Unconflicted and independent, we are reinventing a simpler future for travel's complex ecosystem.What does a great Finance Systems Service Delivery Managedo?The role of ECS Billing and Incentive Service Delivery Manager is to manage the day-to-day delivery of Services for the Billing and Incentive solutions, plus drive the Service Lifecycle to ensure any new solutions are industrialized to meet Business needs.You will lead a team of direct/indirect reports and supports planning of resources to achieve the LoB/functional area priority deliverables, which includes defining and supporting the set-up of appropriate delivery structures to meet agreed deliveries and ensuring delivery teams are appropriately supported to be successful.You will be responsible for managing and provisioning required delivery Services, including resources, and partnering with the business and technology teams to execute and deliver work aligned to Finance agreed Business prioritiesYou will support Continual Improvement by maintain an active interest and staying abreast of industry and technology trends, and proactively propose potential opportunities to Stakeholders (Business, Architecture and Solution Engineering etc) for consideration into RoadmapsResponsibilities:Service DesignAs a SME play a key role in the design of Services and working with our Internal teams and Supplier Relationship Management team to select Suppliers (internal and external).Ensure a Service Catalogue is maintained, and holistic Service Level Agreements (including Operational Level Agreements) are defined and agreed with Stakeholders for existing and new Services.Conduct regular reviews and surveys of Services with internal and external Suppliers to ensure Service Levels and Availability meet Business Requirements and where appropriate escalate to Supplier Relationship Management and Senior leadership.Ensure Services are designed and developed to deliver agreed Service requirements (e.g. availability, resilience, and industrialization needs), then ensure appropriate testing and monitoring and reporting of the Services against agreed KPI within an SLA are met.Responsible for ensuring all Service Transition requirements are defined within deliveries, including those for resilience and industrialization of Services, using the appropriate tool (e.g. Aha! & Jira), this may require the role to assume Product Owner responsibilities on a Systems team within a SAFe Train.Service TransitionEnsures CICD & DevOps processes and tools are maintained and utilized correctly by working closely with CoE and responsible teams to ensure compliance to Travelport standards and processes, such as Change Management and Cyber-Security.Ensure am Environment/ Tenant Management strategy and plan is maintained and regularly reviewed to support delivery.Ensure teams use and maintain appropriate processes and tools to manage Releases and Deployments, using Jira and conducting appropriate Release communications.Ensure all Services undergo testing and validation as part of transition and that a regular validation and review cycle is planned, such as Media Recovery, Disaster Recovery testing, Security Penetration, SOC testing and validation of compliance SOX best practices compliance.Ensure processes are in place to deliver, maintain and review configuration assets and that these are stored within the appropriate configuration database/ store.Ensures a catalogue and roadmap is maintained to manage Application/ Services lifecycle to make sure work is planned in the delivery portfolio to ensure For full info follow application link.
