Position Summary The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing support in the areas of planning, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling and other analyses as required. Incumbent will communicate directly with Field Leadership and other Executives and must be comfortable communicating complex topics in the appropriate level of detail. Additionally, must possess the ability to organize, analyze and carry out detailed and sometimes complex written and/or verbal instructions and multi- task and work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment, while demonstrating the initiative to overcome obstacles and get the job done.Responsibilities Assist in the development of the annual budget and schedules for drivers/assumptions, summary outputs for presentation purposes, and other analyses for management, etc. Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for both internal management use and to be provided to Corporate for inclusion in quarterly guidance Work directly with Executive leadership along senior Sales leaders Preform ad hoc analyses of budget variations and/or current trends for assumptions in budget guidance Prepare monthly financial reporting packages Synthesize large amounts of data into relevant business insights Support preparation of the quarterly Board of Directors presentation materials Other duties as assignedAdditional ResponsibilitiesSkills Advanced Excel Skills; Knowledge of other MS Office products Must possess the ability to organize, analyze and carry out detailed and sometimes complex written and/or verbal instructions Strong ability to interface with all levels of the organization Excellent verbal and written communications skills is a must Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goals Ability to multitask in a fast paced and changing environmentEducationBachelor's Level Degree in FinanceExperience 2-4 years of FP&A experience Experience with Hyperion Planning/PBCS/Smartview or similar EPM toolsCompetenciesSupervisionSupervision Exercised: NoneSupervision Received: Business Operations ManagerOxford is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
