Manage collection and cash performancethroughBPO(Business Process Outsourcing)

Identifyand driveimprovements inprocesses and support new business programs byleveraging innovative technology solutions. Work with policy owners to drive program improvements and compliance.

Partnership :Fostereffectivecollaboration between the team andthe BPO(Business Process Outsourcing)organization

BuildstrongengagementwithPaymentSolutions Desk(PSD)inthe Americasand partner with them to achieve portfolio objectives.

Build relationshipswithmultiple internal stakeholders across the deal lifecycle(e.gPSD, Credit, Readiness,FinancialReporting,Infrastructure& Analytics teams). Engage with Sales, Finance, Sales Excellence, Operations, Tax, Legal and other teamstohelp driveseamlesscustomer experience.

Protect:Drivethe right tone from executive leadership andensurestrict adherenceandunderstanding of Microsoft policies on risk and compliance. Influences leadership to ensure compliance is a top priority and modeled throughout the organization. Drive a compliant culture through actions and decisions to instill trust.

Advocate, educate and promote best practices and new developments. Encourage asking questions and identifying risks to compliance.

Champion Microsoft privacy, security, and ethical standards. Advance key compliance initiatives.

Qualifications7years of experience with Microsoft, or other large multi-national companies.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting,or related field is desirable. Master’s degree is a plus.

Strong leadership experience in finance and operations required.

Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, including the ability to comfortably communicate and influence senior management at Microsoft.

High-level of integrity, self-confidence, demonstrated change management andleadfor a diverse and inclusive culture.

Motivated self-starter that can clearly identify and articulate business and customer values throughtechnology.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams to achieve results, strategic thinking and alignment and ability to act as an evangelist and catalyst tocustomersolutions.

A strong influencer who can look beyond the obvious toproducerequirements that will lead to increased productivity, new insights,and value propositions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving,and decision-making skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Must demonstrateability to influenceotherswithempathy while under pressure to delivercomplianttime basedoutcomesto key stakeholders and customers.
