If so, lets talk.Your Role and Responsibilities Position based in Atlanta, GeorgiaSummary Description: This leader will drive the execution and engagement around our key CSRprograms across the region and will interact with the education sector, startup ecosystems, and NGO's that arekey partners for IBM, essentially being the direct interface to IBM U.S. business leaders. This individual should have proven success in working across business functions, particularly, Communications, Government Relations, Human Resources, University Relations, Marketing, and other business units to achieve our objectives. The CSR Manager must be constantly scanning the external environment for trends and anticipating key issues and responding accordingly.Development of Strategy: This leader must understand IBM's overarching strategy and how our CSR strategy aligns with it. Focus on tracking the evolving state agendas is required. The CSR Manager will then blendthose inputs to develop a local strategy that is aligned with corporate goals and locally relevantissues. The CSR Manager will design and execute programs and projects to improve IBM's reputation among all stakeholders including employees.This role will require an entrepreneurial spirit and fast execution abilities to succeed, with particularfocus on driving the IBM CSR's main agenda in Education and Skills, leveraging the relationshipsmentioned above, as well as IBM US employee's participation in giving and volunteering. The CSR Manager will foster relationships with external organizations, partners, and influencers, to bring IBM CSR into relevant ecosystems. They will work with our communications team to lead, shape, and promote an IBM CSR point of view around technology and in relevant ecosystems and communities globally. The CSR Manager must also be able to effectively research and develop best practices for our various program areas, especially as they relate to IBM's CSR portfolio. In essence, this person must be recognized as a team player in the community and within IBM. This role will also require effective budget management for the local implementation of our CSR initiatives.Influence on Business: CSR is increasingly important to the overall business success of IBM. In manysectors, IBM needs to consider our ESG ranking to bid on business. Social and Brand reputationis paradigm for business success. This leader will oversee CSR projects and programs in the regionand make sure they are in compliance with the law, while advancing IBM's strategy andreputation.CSR Storytelling: Raise the profile of the IBM Corporation and its brand by locally focusing on IBM as a leader in CSR & social innovation and as an attractive employer. Work with the communications team to ensure effective communication of IBM's key messages and strategies relating to CSR to internal and external audiences, and coordinate with other IBM functions including HR, Government Programs, Communications and Marketing.Skills and Competencies needed:10 years of experience managing philanthropic resources; experience evaluating outcomes-based programs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise10 years of experience managing philanthropic resources; experience evaluating outcomes-based programs
