- Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
- Analyze the existing landscape and design Windows Evergreen, Image Management, and operations in customer environment
- Discuss with various stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for WaaS design & implementation
- Implement WaaS and Image Management process, design the infrastructure for future mode of operations
- Analyze the existing process & change control methods
- Work with customer to define a communication & feedback mechanism
- Design and implement Intune based WUFB on customer landscape
- Coordinate with stakeholders to Implement telemetry – Desktop Analytics
- Understand client requirement on application packaging and design the packages if multiple technologies are required
- Provide hands on configuration and customization of the Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Excellent knowledge in Active Directory structure and group policies
- Design the packaging infrastructure based on the delivery throughput
- Design the packaging testing infrastructure with specifications
- Expert knowledge in application packaging, SCCM, Windows 10 updates, MEM configuration & task sequences
- Good knowledge in future technologies on packaging – MSIX and Intune based deployments
- Excellent troubleshooting skills; capable to handle VIP customers
- Capable to bring innovations, process improvements that improves overall efficiencies
- Submit weekly reports and participate in status meetings / project governance calls
- Monitor the rollouts and serve as primary point of contact for any issues or escalations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
