- Designing technical architecture and deploying Enterprise Software Solutions for the global insurance industry (on-site and remote installation, configuration and support).
- Recommending appropriate bespoke solutions where required.
- Providing technical input (infrastructure) and support to development teams.
- Providing pre-sales technical support to business consultants and the sales teams.
- Training clients on installation and on-going support of advanced software products.
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a technical role.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledgeable of core software development and architecture concepts (e.g. Service Oriented Architecture, Database Management Systems, Identify & Access Management)
- Ability to explain complex technical matters simply to a range of different audiences.
- Ability to understand complex IT architectures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server platforms and associated technologies (E.g. IIS, Active Directory, Networking)
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work with limited supervision
- Computer engineering or related degree
- Willingness to travel
