Title: Inclusion & Diversity Master Facilitator And Program Lead IV- - 100% Remote Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 04 months Job description: Experienced D&I Facilitator, well versed in diversity and inclusion content, to support the design and rollout of a global initiative. This program will be rolled out to all employees. Specifically, this person will: Conduct facilitated sessions using a virtual platform. Lead sustainment activities such as coaching circles, executive round tables, etc. Skills/Experience: vILT delivery using Zoom, Webex, or related LXP. Proven experience in using break out rooms, managing discussions, using effective polling, reviewing pre and post work and team assignments, moderation and design of coaching circles and post-program activities 5+ years of experience training on diversity and inclusion or culture related content. Excellent communication skills and able to work at all levels of an organization. Experience designing and facilitating virtual D&I programs Multi-lingual is a plus! Additional Information Languages required are Spanish and Portuguese. Need 2 candidates for each language (can bi-lingual) who are also fluent in English. Please indicate at top of resume language(s) spoken. Highly desired to have people who are native language speakers. Notes: Target start is July. Include a 3 5-minute video of the person conducting/facilitating a training session (or mock training). Person will use own equipment and will be 100% remote. Part time . Hours will depend on training schedule and will vary each week. There is no minimum guarantee for each week.
