Title: Experienced Inclusion & Diversity Facilitator (Bilingual - Spanish & English) - 100% Remote Duration: 04 months Payrate : $75/HR on W2 JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Experienced D&I Facilitator, well versed in diversity and inclusion content, to support the design and rollout of a global initiative. This program will be rolled out to all employees.
- Specifically, this person will:
- Conduct facilitated sessions using a virtual platform.
- Lead sustainment activities such as coaching circles, executive round tables, etc.
- vILT delivery using Zoom, WebEx, or related LXP.
- Proven experience in using break out rooms, managing discussions, using effective polling, reviewing pre and post work and team assignments, moderation and design of coaching circles and post-program activities
- 5+ years of experience training on diversity and inclusion or culture related content.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work at all levels of an organization.
- Experience designing and facilitating virtual D&I programs
- Include a 3-5 minute video of the person conducting/facilitating a training session (or mock training).
- Person will use own equipment and will be 100% remote.
- Part time . Hours will depend on training schedule and will vary each week.
- There is no minimum guarantee for each week.
