North Highland is looking to add an Integration Architect to the team to support the integration of our automated testing solution with the client's tools (Jira, Jama, and ServiceNow);

Exciting work you will do:
  • Show a bias to action through high quality work delivered on time and on budget to our clients
  • Creatively collaborate with client account teams to grow existing relationships and build new ones at some of the most exciting brands in the world
  • Evaluate the scale of complex client architecture problems and structure a plan to address them that centers on adaptability, time to market, cost of ownership and sustainable outcomes
  • Contribute to global thought leadership focused on application portfolio strategy, application rationalization, architecture modernization, and software selection
  • Foster a high-quality human experience for our team through effective coaching while modeling superior management and leadership skills
  • Exposure to architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and experience applying architecture reference models to portfolio architecture activities (i.e., rationalization, modernization, software selection)
  • The principles and execution of enterprise architecture in a complex client environment involving hybrid deployment of systems both on-premise and in the cloud
  • The design, development and deployment of systems in either AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure cloud platforms
  • Business capability modeling and problem domain modeling, including bounded context design using domain driven design practices
  • Experience driving and delivering architectural change in medium to large enterprises
  • Familiarity with end-to-end software including backend data layer, application layer, web layer, interface layer, reporting layer, etc.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills to foster discussions and communicate complex topics to large technical audiences and C-Level executives
  • Experience consulting internal or external customers on technology solutions and processes to solve business challenges

What you will need:
  • Concepts such as application integration, services/event architectures, data integration, business intelligence, network infrastructure, middleware, security, and database infrastructure
  • An agile skill set that allows you to function in agile teams and coach clients and teammates new to agile delivery models
  • A well-articulated sense of purpose and vision for your life and career
  • A commitment to a lifetime of learning and growth
  • And, of course, we'd expect an undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience working with clients in Financial Services, Retail, and/or Energy/Utilities industries
  • Primarily Remote; Ability to travel when needed
  • Ability to attend as required client functions, social events and internal North Highland initiatives
  • Advanced degree from an accredited college/university (not necessary but a nice bonus);
  • Applicable Certifications are a Plus;
