IT Applications Support Analyst on a 9+ months’ renewable contract opportunity in Atlanta, GA.Position: IT Applications Support AnalystJob Summary:o Coordinate with other internal and external programs (Unisys, GTA, Gainwell, etc.)o Propose and oversee implementation/resolution of issueso Generate and distribute root cause analysis of system issueso Manage communication, tracking, and notification of system issues, solutions, and timing of resolutionso Investigate, prioritize, and follow-up on application bug fixes and issuesRequired qualifications:o Understanding of technical infrastructure and ability to identify system issueso Ability to learn and adapt quicklyo Strong technical and development backgroundo Ability to troubleshoot issues in a multitier software applications environmento Effective at communicating technical concepts to non-technical userso Ability to prioritize issues based on business and operational needso Familiarity with cloud-based applicationso Pro-active and self-motivated individual with the ability to work in teams with multiple stakeholderso Experience with data collection, analysis, and interpretationRequired / Desired Skills:- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university is Required
- Three years of directly related management experience is Required
- 5 years of SQL experience is Required
- Project management experience (3 years) is Required
- Minimum five (5 years) overall experience with supporting IT applications is Required
- Azure Cloud implementation experience (3 years) is Required
- Web application development experience using (HTML/JQuery/Java/Struts, Spring/Oracle PL/SQL/JasperReports) (3 years) is Required
- Oracle database development experience (3 years) is Required
- Experience with an IIS (2 years) is Desired
- Experience working with the health sector is Required
