In this exciting role, you will work with and drive business partners to identify opportunities to streamline enterprise processes, lead business requirements gathering sessions and use agile scrum-based methodologies. You will manage/refine the product backlog, write user stories (IT product owner) and actively participate in testing/QA activities. This position will focus on delivering financial forecast and reporting solutions that include complex data integrations using but not limited to Oracle Hyperion Essbase, Oracle HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), Oracle DRM, and Informatica.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Team with NCR’s internal Finance organizations to identify and document requirements/stories and processes that support their business objectives and initiatives

Convert business requirements to functional stories, then collaborate with the development team to design and develop solutions that support our business partners’ objectives and initiatives

Create quick solution concepts, prototypes to visualize solution being proposed. Craft thorough business facing requirement documents, use cases, and stories

Create test cases and assist with UAT

Prepare or provide input to written documentation for process, system, and data flow diagrams

Coordinating issue resolution with software vendors

Facilitate and drive issue resolution for urgent production issues during month end close

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Discipline or equivalent work experience

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Financial Systems

2+ years of experience with the Hyperion Suite of products

Experience in software project development lifecycle using Agile SCRUM methodology

Strong negotiation, influencing, expectation management, and anticipation skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong business process modelling skills

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Proven experience involving complex enterprise programs deployed across a globally dispersed organization with multiple dependencies

Project management skills; Client and Business plan management proficiency

Certified SAFe Agilist / Certified ScrumMaster
