Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an IT Business Analyst . The IT Business Analyst will collaborate with clients and developers to determine what needs to be tested and support test plan and test case development. This position is fully remote.
Responsibilities: • Works closely with the business owners to conduct customer discovery and define business processes, workflows, and priorities • Document user requirements (user stories) and system requirements with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce • Develop and deliver user experience testing, user acceptance testing, and training • Collect end user feedback and manage agile process • Provide helpdesk support and resolution to end users • Support preparation, logistics, and documentation of weekly section meetings • Deliver bi-weekly re training • Support customer journey mapping discovery and onboarding • Provide helpdesk support and resolution to end users • Support onboarding to Hub for new users Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role • 2+ year of experience with Agile Tools and Methodologies • Experience in creating User Stories and Process Flows • 5+ years of experience with functional requirements and design • 1+ years of experience with agile development process • Ability to negotiate with peers and senior leaders to come to an agreed upon and productive solution to business problems Compensation: • $85,000+ depending on experience • Full benefits (Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and ect.)
