- Engineer and implement system solutions using technologies that meet the business requirements.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and processes to the business of both technical and non-technical backgrounds
- System documentation and consulting services to include system reviews and recommendations.
- Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution of familiar and unfamiliar networks as required or escalated.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Intune architecture and practical experience with administration, upgrades and migrations.
- Deep understanding leading and managing technical infrastructure and operational projects.
- Extensive experience of Microsoft 365 platform, experience with configuration of Office 365 and migration of email systems to Office 365. Microsoft 365 certifications and practical experience with SharePoint migrations are a plus
- Strong IT engineering experience within the Desktop environment including support, production evaluation/selection, and implementations.
- Extensive knowledge of remote access technologies and solutions such as SSL VPN, RDS, and desktop-as- a-service. Practical experience with design, implementation and troubleshooting is a must
- Knowledge and understanding of Multi-factor authentication solutions such as
- Microsoft MFA for Office 365 and DUO
