IT Project Manager Position Description We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team. Local candidates are strongly preferred. However, out-of-state candidates who intend to work remotely will be considered. Complete Description: The IT Project Manager, under limited supervision, is needed to manage projects through the full life cycle from project definition and approval through implementation and evaluation of all project deliverables. Creates a collaborative partnership with all internal and external team members to accomplish the deliverables within the time frame and budgets defined. Provides guidance to the project team and utilizes standard project management methodology. May also serve in a lead role and/or supervise lower-level staff. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
- Seven years of recent relevant project management experience, with a progression in responsibility.
- Proven working enterprise-experience in the full software development life cycle from planning to maintenance.
- Eligibility to sit for Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 7 years experience in IT Application Development Project Management with multiple projects from requirements gathering to close-out phases
- 7 years experience in new development, installation and configuration on large IT Application Development projects with internal/external customers
- 7 years experience in waterfall, hybrid, and Agile/Scrum based project methodologies
- 7 years experience in managing complex projects, implementations, and roll outs.
- Able to develop and maintain schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM without any additional training
- Bachelor s Degree with concentration in IT, computer science, business, or related degree
- Experience in managing Esri ArcGIS application or data development (eg. Esri Parcel Framework, Esri Roads and Highways)
- Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and motivation skills
- PMP Certified and or CSM
- Good analytical and negotiation skills, pays close attention to details
