Supervises User Support Technicians assigned to multiple metropolitan area offices and/or agency satellite offices.Complete Description:Job Summary: Must have direct supervision of remote Desktop Support staff located across the state. 100 % travel to perform site visits, performance evaluations and staff training and/or mentoring sessions geared to gauge & improve overall customer service. Coordinate staff scheduling, supervises workload and project status. Must have experience that includes performance management, team coaching taking disciplinary actions etc. Ensures compliance with company policies, customer requirements, quality goals. Monitor trouble calls & ensures their timely and effective completion. Provide management level reports on activities, metrics, trends and issues. Recommend purchase of new equipment and tools to improve staff effectiveness.Skills 10 yrs experience in a Windows 10 PC environment performing general IT system support Required 10 Years Experience with troubleshooting connectivity issues in a LAN/WAN environment Required 5 Years Technical supervisory experience, with preference given to management of remote staff Required 3 Years Familiarity with remote administration tools such as Dameware, Remote Desktop, WebEx Support Required 3 Years Experience withthe logistical planning and reporting of IT projects, (i.e. migrations/roll-outs/upgrades) Required 3 Years Possesses significant knowledge of client/server and internet systems architectures Required 3 Years Experience handling customer complaints, escalations and problem resolution Required 2 Years Rose International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
