Position: ITSM Consultant Location: Detroit, MI/Atlanta, GA/Vance, AL (Remote Till Pandemic) Duration: 06-12 Months Must Have Skills: Worked on IT Service Management processes, like Incident, Change, Problem, Release management & SIAM. Have hands-on experience of using Service Now tool & reports. Work directly with IT management to align Service Now with IT Organization strategy. Proven problem solving & troubleshooting abilities using strong analytical skills & creative thinking. Experience on maturing ITSM processes. Hands-on experience on Service design.
