Technical Project Manager/Java Development Manager Position type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Hybrid at any of the locations - Piscataway, NJ / Atlanta, GA / Dallas/Irving, TX As a Technical Project Manager/Java Development Manager you will: We seek a highly skilled Java Development Manager/Technical Project Manager to lead our team of developers and oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our Java-based applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products. Responsibilities: Manage a team of developers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help team members achieve their goals. Experience designing and developing applications and/or systems using React, Core java/J2EE, Microservices framework, SOAP, REST, and Web services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements. Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based applications. Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies. Ensure that applications are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and identify areas where new technologies could be applied to improve our software products. Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development projects. Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, as needed. The ideal candidate will have:

• 15 + years of IT experience.
• Strong Java technologies, Angular / React
• Experience in Java microservices, development experience
• Agile development
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to present in leadership calls.
• Should have managed at least a team of 20+ people.
