Job title - Java Developer Location - 2 days onsite at Atlanta GA 30305 Duration - Permanent position Senior Java Developer: We are looking for a highly skilled senior Java developer to join our startup to build a platform to help advance Sustainability Solutions. We are looking for a problem solver, a holistic thinker, and a tech enthusiast. You will work closely with the founders, product manager and end-users. Senior Java Developer Responsibilities:
- Designing, creating, and implementing Java-based applications.
- Participating in product strategy and roadmap creation, prioritizing based on business opportunities.
- Identifying and resolving immediate and potential issues with applications.
- Assisting other developers with troubleshooting, debugging, and coding.
- Meeting deadlines on fast-paced deliverables.
- At least 5 years experience in Java-based programming.
- Top-notch coding skills in Java, with other languages such as JavaScript and Python being a major plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Deep knowledge of Springboot, various OSS libraries and frameworks, with ElasticSearch experience is a major plus
- Deep experience RDBMS and/or NoSQL DB.
- Experience in REST API design and implementation.
- CI/CD and DevOps experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
