Come connect with us and lets build a better future together.The Lead Process Improvement Analyst plays a key role on the Enterprise Infrastructure Portfolio Delivery team and will be responsible for process improvement activities around improving and maintaining processes within the Infrastructure Organization. This will include the definition, creation and maintenance of financial, operational and service metrics and key performance indicators. A large part of this role will require communications and engagement with the internal Infrastructure stacks and boundary partners.The ideal candidate will need to be familiar with implementing metrics and key performance indicators within an organization as well as analyzing results and finding process improvement opportunities. Continuous improvement processes are a fundamental part of this position. All candidates must be willing to identify opportunities, define and implement changes while keeping all our internal and external customers engaged and informed. The candidate will also need to have excellent communication, process improvement and customer service mindset as they need to work with our boundary partners to understand and align their 3 to 5 year roadmaps.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Duties: - Responsible for the development of Operational, Financial and Portfolio metrics - Assists in the building of Operational, Financial, and Portfolio Service Dashboards that can be utilized for tactical and strategic decision making- Measures progress towards departmental and company goals- Identifies improvement activities across the Infrastructure team employing process improvement activities - Drives adoption of process improvements across the Infrastructure organization while maintaining lean management principles- Utilizes lean processes to ensure effective utilization of company resources- Reviews and defines engagement model standards and processes to ensure Infrastructure is providing the expected services to our customers- Partners with other teams within Infrastructure and boundary partners to ensure smooth hand-offs and effective communications occur- Builds strong partnership and relationships within Infrastructure and its boundary partners- Assist internal infrastructure teams in the building and maintaining 3 to 5 year roadmaps and synchronizing those roadmaps to provide input to strategic decisions within the organization

Qualifications:

Minimum: Where permitted by applicable law, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be considered for this U.S. based job. (Reasonable accommodations for medical and religious objections will be considered.) - Excellent decision making skills- Lean 6 Sigma Training Certification or similar methodology- Experience implementing process improvement projects- Strong process management skills- Experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau or similar platform- Ability to work under pressure- Excellent organization and metric skills- Experience reporting and communicating across all levels of the organization

Preferred:- Bachelor degree and/or Advance Degree (MBA)- 6 Sigma Black belt certification or similar methodology experience- Management experience and skills- Self starter with the ability to see work through to its successful completion- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude, ability to face the challenges in a fast-paced environment within a customer experience-focused organization.
