Solution IT Inc. is looking for a
Lead Systems Engineer for one of the direct clients in Atlanta, GAUSC/onlyJob Title: Lead Systems Engineer Summary:- Stays informed and aware of changes and enhancements for the technology platforms the team supports.
- Works as part of a diverse, inclusive team to support our collaboration platforms and directory services.
- Engages regularly with partners across technology teams to maintain and improve existing platforms.
- Works to mentor other engineers and act as an escalation point for technical challenges.
- Works with managers and directors to manage and prioritize a backlog of work efforts.
- Participates in an on-call rotation to support critical business systems.
- Work individually and collaborates with others to complete projects successfully and efficiently.
- Establishes and maintains influential relationships with internal (security, identity, support, etc.) and external partners/vendors.
- Develop automation, integration, and self-service capabilities
- Help create and provide a seamless work experience for client employees around the world using tools, integrations, simplifications, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively and timely regarding status, project efforts, issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure best practices are followed, along with company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Required:
- 8+ years’ experience in enterprise technology environments
- 5+ years’ experience in managing and engineering online communication and collaboration platforms
- 5+ years’ experience in automation skills and platforms; PowerShell, Azure Automation, Power platform, etc.
- 3+ years’ experience with Azure Active Directory
- Working experience in leading projects
- Desired:
- Experience with identity platforms – Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday.
- OAuth and related authentication knowledge
- Okta experience and/or related knowledge
- Conceptual understanding of network load balancing – F5 BigIP.
- Works under broad direction and work is often self-initiated.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

- Ability to think analytically, makes decisions, and improve / innovate.
- Candidates must have functional and technical expertise, consistency and quality in their work, desire to learn, and work well in teams or alone.
- Multiple projects, deadlines, and occasional change in work tasks/duties; Work after business hours and weekends will be required to be successful and may vary based on regional requirements and other factors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or its equivalent with relevant experience
