- Minimum 10+ years project manager experience
- Project manager must be able to manage a complex technology project to build automated CICD pipeline utilizing GIT, Urban code, and other tools on zOS/CICS environment and IBM Z Development and Test Environment (ZD&T) platform.
- Experience driving projects with Mainframes Technology and DevOps implementation
- Must be able to manage complex technology project with aggressive timelines.
- Should be able to drive projects with Waterfall and Agile methodology. Create long-term and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Facilitating project events, Daily Stand-ups, Demos and Retrospectives
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Identifies risks and creates risk mitigation plans for assigned Teams
- Responsible for removing impediments (technical and process) that are blocking completion
