Job Description :

Technical/Functional Skills

-MUST HAVE SKILLSStrong Experience in .NET core, SQL, Azure PaaS3+ years of experience in production support in .NET applications.Experience in Level 2 and Level 3 support environement handing Incidents, Problems and Changes and perform application monitoring/health checks.Hands-on Experience in analyzing incidents for resolution and perform code fixes.Experience in driving Incident Triage calls for incident resolution and closureExperience in Incident handling tools like SMC or Remedy or HP ALM.

Roles & Responsibilities• Analyze incidents for service restoration with in SLAs and perform code fixes for problems/defects.• Pro-actively engage/co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders and lead incident(MIM) traiging.• Initiate incident notification communications and regularly share updates.• Perform application health checks and monitoring.• Estalish and opitmize support processes for Day 2 Day operations.• Measure support operations perfromance based on SLA and KPIs, Adhere to SLAs, Identify and implement improvement actions• Perform causal analysis for Major and recurring incidents, Identify and implement preventive/corrective actions• Create and Maintain SOPs/ KEDB.• Experience with development in Agile• Status reporting to Management
