- Specialized knowledge in network infrastructure to design and test
- Working knowledge of Object Oriented design and development
- The Systems Engineer is focused on the design, construction, testing, implementation and optimization of network infrastructure systems.
- Responsible for installation and configuration of the Riverbed AppResponse (ARX) and AppTransaction (ATX) portal dashboard platforms
- Ability to create and troubleshoot workflows to resolve network, server and application issues using Riverbed AppResponse tables and portal dashboards
- Design, implement and unit test portal features
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Riverbed tool suite
- Serves as an escalation point for issues and incident management.
- Analyzes performance problems and recommends solutions to enhance functionality, reliability, and/or usability.
- Serves as a liaison between the customer, suppliers, and other technical groups to resolve problems. Performs high level analysis of complex network system integrations.
- Applies specialized knowledge in network infrastructure to conceptualize, design, construct, test, implement, and optimize network infrastructure.
- Leads teams to provide advanced design, architecture and diagnostic support.
