- Responsible for the operations support & delivery of net new requests supporting OnBase and other custom developed buy to pay applications
- Manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize the demand pipeline
- Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between the OnBase Developers and functional stakeholders to assist or gather business requirements needed for the system modification, enhancements, and net new implementation
- Articulate & translate business requirements into technical design
- Develop, coordinate, and execute the test plans in partnership with the functional stakeholders.
- Partner with other IT General Controls for ensuring that these systems stay in compliance
- Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans, estimating time and resources, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle
- Work with product vendor (Hyland) and the services team in the resolution of issues in a timely manner
- Experience with Invoice Processing Tools: OnBase, OpenText, and/or ECM
- OnBase preferred
