Atrilogy Solutions Group's direct client is searching for an Organizational Change Management / Communications Analyst to help out the team. This is a 6 month + contract. (can expend) The client is open to 100% Remote, must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours. Candidates must be vaccinated to be consider for this role.
Client would like to see communication samples as well. - SAMPLES Hands on support role and will require that the candidate be a quick learner, can write & develop communications, OCM plans, and work effectively with cross functional teams. This person should have Project Management skills, about to write up communication plan Change Management Consultant will augment the staffing of the change management team to support the client's Transformation project, working under the direction of the Director of Change Management. This consultant will utilize the client's Change Methodology, tools, processes and techniques to develop change strategies and plans that achieve the required outcomes. This role will collaborate on the development of change management strategies, develop the change management plans and execute planned activities for assigned. This role is responsible for implementing change management strategies and plans as well as executing the tasks on the plan to support assigned strategic change initiatives. Experience:- 5 - 7 years of Organizational Change Management experience
- Min 4 years of Communications; strong experience developing and delivering communications and plans
- Experience leading change initiatives, process improvement and/or simplification initiatives
- Experience with large transformation projects preferred
- Experience with Large Enterprise or Big 5 experience - preferred
- Experience with Power BI Reporting Tools Nice to have.
- Utilize the client's Change Management Methodology to manage change management work stream as part of a business initiative
- Collaborate on the development of change strategy and approach to address the needs of the business initiative
- Identify change interventions and develop change plan to execute the strategy
